Best New Residential Building (2023)

The announcement of the winners of the Latvian Construction Prize 2023, organized by the Society Building Design and Construction Council, took place on March 7, 2024, at Culture Castle “Ziemeļblāzma”, and of the 145 applications received, Kaigan Vilas won first place in the competition nomination “New Residential Building”.

The prestigious award demonstrates the quality of the project, which has been recognised by specialists from all different fields on the jury.

The Kaigan Villas is an elite project that includes 26 private houses off Lake Babbit. It stands out for a modern design that elegantly combines concrete, natural wood, glass and metal, creating a bold and contemporary visual concept. With autonomous infrastructure, the latest technology and eco-friendly thinking, offering new owners a sustainable and comfortable living space.
